If you look through the anabantoids section there is a lot of info on breeding fighters however unless you are prepared to use quality male and female fighters with the same tail type then no one will buy them any way. There is a huge amount of rubbish currently being bred in the country with mixed tail types mostly the only ones available for sale privately.

You will need a large number of tanks and containers and be prepared to give up a lot of time if you want to do it properly. You will also need to decide how you will dispose of the defects ie clove oil, freezer, feed to bigger fish. Flushing is not an option.
