List of NZ Starfish with Pictures

Hello All.

Is there any online resource that anyone knows of with NZ starfish species WITH pictures?

I cant seem to find much.

Try googling 'endemic starfish nz'

Then try googling the name of the starfish, both latin and english under images. If that doesn't work, have a search on flickr - remember though that these images are copyright so for viewing only not downloading.

In the waters around NZ you will find a lot of non endemic local marines which you might want to search for as well.

There is a section on the new website on endemic and non endemic local marines which will eventually include starfish.

I am interested in the type that you find in/around rock pools, rather than the deeper water ones. But as there are not many pictures with matching names, I dont know what their species/names are.
