tinytawnykitten
I have 2 reasonable sized GBA in with my Africans and they have both thrived for years but one of them now has been quite pale yellow for a few months and every so often he is just lying on his back (actually I don't know if he is male or female). Usually he self corrects and swims off or sometimes I flip him back over with a net. Any one else experience this? I think I have had him for about 5 years. Adrienne
A male GBA will have big bristles on his nose. A female at the most will have a few thin whiskers.
F15hguy
it might be the onset of bloat, avoid temperature changes and feed him some high fibre food like pumpkin or peas
