Sophia
I used aquarium silicone. Also aqua-knead works pretty well but it's quite expensive compared to silicone. Silicone's probably the cheapest.
Ira
Yup, that's the biggest options. Silicone and aqua kneadit. Superglue gel may also work if you have good surfaces to glue together, but given rocks are pretty irregular surfaces that isn't likely. kinnadian
Am I reading right that you want to make a sand-only waterfall? And what, use the silicone as a bonding agent for the sand? It would be a lot easier if you used rocks over sand.
binu
i meant i glued rock togethr not sand..as u can see in the picture i glued it on to some thin to look like a water fall ..and ther ll be sand falling down from top of the rock which eventually look like a waterfall

Barnacle
Do you guys think hot glue would also be suitable to sticking rocks together?
M@.
I have used hot glue before, depends on the type of rocks though - it wont hold smooth ones very well
binu
iwould only suggest aquarium safe silicone
kinnadian
Do you guys think hot glue would also be suitable to sticking rocks together? Tried hot glue before a couple times, it breaks down under water in a very short time and is next to useless. Aquarium safe 100% silicone is like 10 bucks for a tube from bunnings/mitre10, no reason to not just get that.
