Aqurium name: Coastal solace Project objective: German Aquatic Plant Layout Contest GAPLC Tank Model: Aquael 30L Shrimp cube 35Hx30Lx30D Filtration Equipment: Aquaclear 30 Filter Medias: sponges, ceramic noodles and a pothos plant Temperature: around 24 celius Lighting Equipment: 2x 11watt Aquael fluro bulbs 6500k Photoperiod: 8hrs 3-11pm Substrates: Fluval plant spectrum, white sand 1-3mm Hardscape Materials: Basalt rock Fertilizing Method: Aquarebel ferts, 2ml a day of NPK and macros CO2 Injection: US aquaristik setup, 2kg bottle. Dernelle bubble counter, dernnele drop checker, JBL co2 check valve. on from 9am to 10pm Flora Species List: Didiplus diandra, Eleocharis 'belem' and Riccardia chamedryfolia Fauna Species List: Mosquito rasbora, otos, amano shrimp, red fire shrimp, zebra nerite, horned nerite Goals: get a scape that can get a half decent placing in the GAPLC Empty Canvas hardscape done planting done WASSER MARSCH 24hrs later me chuffed repin my Definateaquascapestv merch big moma Hara homemade substrate sifter got shrimp? these guys arent the prettiest or nicest but the do a good job thoughts on the whole thing? TomGilberg Posted June 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 Update: So this tank has been running for 8 days now and i've done the first trimm on the Didiplus Diandra. ill be adding some Rotala Vietnam soon, to accent the Focal point (and make some plant fans jealous ;D) Things are going well, Amano Shrimp keep moving the Fluval stratum onto the white sand :facepalm: Eliocharis is starting to send out runners.
