Jaxxnz
you could try this jaxxnz http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caff%C3%A8_sospeso Yes LA I do understand of cafe sospeso, it's mostly adopted over in Australia more than here in NZ. But taken into account it's the WAITER RIGHT" to dispense that option of free-offer to any1 they want to have a freebie! In my case its my call not to give old nanny a freebie.. Going back to OFFER: :bggrn: if u were to walk in cafe sit down at table..wouldn't u expect a good services frm waiter: "Hello sir. Would u like a coffee or some foods from us? Either yes or no. It's a verbal agreement between acustomer n shop keeper to trade in a commercial environment! If we to stretch this out to tribunal court, I would first lose $50 of filing app and but will surely win my case which i will get my $10 back from old nanny! :dno: :lar: As for some out there still thinking OFFER is freebie.. I do agreed the offer/freebie its only applied in a domestic, household, or the word FREE is to explained to a person u willing to give freebie to!
