hi all . how many members here breed angels?

Hi there, I breed platinum angels, long fin black/white angels and now getting into pearl scale angels.

nice to meet you. i did have 3pair. gold platinum . and odd couple. a true marble and a sunset crown. have since given the gold and platinum pair away. and finally might have good fry from the odd couple just getting into the second week . first time pass. egg stage. .good to meet another breeder. how long have you been breeding

Hey, breeding a couple of years now. Started with a platinum pair when I lived in chch. Now in Auckland and I can't stop my angels breeding like crazy. Trying to breed jet blacks, pearl scale x platinum, lots of fun but running out of room.

very nice im going into my second week of my first success. and hopfully they make it to looking like angelfish lol

I always take the fry off the parents just as they start to swim around, about 5,6 days old. Just suck them up with a hose and put them in a little tank. Parents usually start eating them after a while and you notice less and less of them.

Anyone breeding the 'Peru Altums'???

not me. peru is a nice fish. my ultimate angel would those full blues .. phillpean blue.

I have 4 veiltail normal angels which are amazing there finns are beautiful i think i have 2 pairs so i may breed them when im at home.

In a previous life I used to have 8 pairs going all the time and that was before some of the fancy genetics popped up. One of the best I have seen a picture of was an albino koi. Unfortunately many breeders today are happy to breed any male to any female as there are some pretty rubbish angels about.

wonder if any clown angels about. what angels do u breed now alan?
