markbravo
ive heard that they are the most peaceful mbunas, is it true? if it is, which other peaceful fish can i keep with them? other mbunas might do or other non cichlids... camtang
I have found them relativly peacful. and havn't had any issues with keeping them with any other fish. currently keeping some with some kenyi which I am a bit unsure of because of the kenyis aggression not the yellows
smidey
they are one of the most peaceful of the mbunas but that is like the saying they are the nicest cage fighter of the group. They are mostly pretty good with other species of africans including smaller fish but can beat each other to death pretty easily. I never found them to be an issue with other africans but it can happen but that's a risk of mixing any types of fish.
critter_crazy
My yellows get along great with my demasonis, but those are just other mbuna cichlids
