I brought this peacock around 6months ago when it was only just starting to show colour. I was told it was a Aulonocara Beanschi(Sunshine).

After looking on pictures from google, the colours don't look right(Not as yellow in the body). Or would it just be the lights/thats its only around 1 year old?

Got it from a guy down south that used to breed cichlids. don't think he does any more. Had a tank with Kadango's, Dems, Yellows and peacocks that actually looks like the baenschi so possible cross between that and the kadango's i guess?

Top fin looks like kadango but with nice rainbow color.... not too bad mix. Better than the peacock and yellow mix on trademe :sml1:
