mcrudd
The Peacock Cichlid has been bred in captivity and is raised in ponds as a food fish. They are what is known as a biparental substrate spawner. Found that info here posting.php?mode=reply&f=4&t=58869 Once the eggs have hatched, the parents transport the larvae in their mouths to one of the depression nests. Breeding pairs guard their clutch for approximately nine weeks, at which time the fry move from open waters to areas rich vegetation along banks Found that here http://www.discoverlife.org/20/q?search ... +ocellaris
