Jellymeat
I just though i would start a thread now for my new tank build. The tank sump and overflow box was all made from Greg ( tanks2U) My tank is 1500L x 600w x 700h made from 12mm glass. My substrate is just going to be black grit. This will be my first tank running co2. the lighting so far is two 4 foot twin bulb T5 light fittings. But i will prob get some more lights eventually. The stand is made out of 4x2, plywood and T&G rimu. I am still in the finishing process of the stand. It has tanking me about a month so far to make. I will up load some pics of my progress soon
Jellymeat
The top of the framing for the stand The tank More of the frame Putting the plywood on the sides and the base for the inside of the stand Overflow box and drilled just after it was done Just glued the rimu on the sides of the stand The fron of the stand not finished. Sump and co2 cylinder as well Uploading photos was easier than i thought

Joe
Awesome PM Danval. He might have some trifasciata left. I bought my trio from him and they are much nicer than shop-bought fish because they have been reared from day one on live food so the colours are spectacular! My male has a deep red stripe across the top of his dorsal fin and he looks wicked!

Jellymeat
Update: so my tank is finally up and running :happy2: . Now I just need to plant it and get some fish in. I set it up twice last weekend and both times my plumbing leaked  so I have had to empty it twice and full it up 3 time. That was 1200 odd litres gone down the drain and one really stressed out father haha. Lets just say I an't going to be a plumber anytime soon. I will try get some photos,up tomorrow.
