Joe
This video is of Apistogramma hongsloi and pencilfish in their natural habitat, and then it shows them in a tank at the end of the vid. Skip to 2:27 for the fish bit. The first part is the tank setup (which is pretty boring IMO  ) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SlPi8Sk4GAU&feature=plcp

twinkles
what a cool idea the others are good too, cardinals and green neons
Joe
Yeah I love those green neons. I've been wanting some ever since I knew they existed. Hollywoods said that they have some (see the "fish of interest" thing that they posted in the Commercial Trade and Exchange) but I want photos for proof - I would hate to buy some and for them to be normal neons or some neon mutation. danval
Cool Joe. Hoping Bilbo can breed some of these... No pressure Win
Joe
Haha yeah it would be nice for them to be more available Even better it would be great if we got some wild-caught fish in NZ like the ones in the video. That would be my dream job - importing and quarantining wild tropical fish
danval
The one's Jennifer was breeding were the best I have seen. Have a look back at POTM. They were the best I have seen. Havn't seen many posts from Jen. You still out there Jen?
hovmoller
Good link. cheers!
Joe
Yep Jen's still around. She no longer keeps Apistos. She sold her male hongsloi and I bought her female which later died, but Bilbo has two females so I am pleased that I sent him the male I had. I know it's in safe hands
