Hey all,

I have recently updated the aquascape, and thanks to the wife I have got a light (finally!) and we have attached the java moss to an apricot branch.

The gravel is very thin, maybe about 15mm. Keeping in mind that this tank was done on a tight budget (expecting another child...)

The filter is an Aqua One Aquis 1200 Canister Filter.

Three air stones are plugged in, one small one on each side and a medium air stone in the centre.

The bamboo makes an excellent breeding cave for the bristlenose. They were not interested in the larger pot-cave.

Various plants have been accumulated and planted. I can name a couple but not all. Floating is a bunch of Indian fern. The Gourami love this.

Two 150W heaters, one on each side.

Looks busy :) Will be good to see this when the plants get a bit bigger.

One suggestion from me would be to dig/bury the airstones into the gravel... you will still get the bubbles, but you hide the bright blue stone from sight. I did this on my tank and it added to the "natural" look of the tank.

Thanks for sharing.
