Will this cause pH shock?

My current pH is 6.0 and i am going to do a big water change (50-60%) with water thats about 6.9-7.3

Wil this cause pH shock and kill my fish, or should i do smaller ones. its just that one of my fish has a little tiny bit of fin rot and i want to get the water quality back up to scratch.

Cheers.

I wouldn't do it but that's just me if I had to do it I would siphon the water in slowly with airline (even pinch it off slightly to slow flow more) so that the change was so gradual it didn't harm the fish.

I'm reality I probably do this every water change I just don't measure my tank or supply ph levels.
