Caryl
Anyone know, offhand, if you can get arnica cream in the supermarket or do you have to go to a health shop or chemist?
Sophia
I've only ever seen it in chemists and health food type stores.
Caryl
That appears to be so Sophia. They have it on special at my chemist at the moment so I will go and get some :happy2: It is apparently better than Antiflamm and won't stink of peppermint
Sophia
I haven't used it for ages but I do remember it has a less invasive smell.
Adrienne
I thought it was only for bruises but I am very likely to be wrong

Li@m
Yeah i think you would find it hard to get in a supermarket. Most Chemists should stock it. -Arnica assists the body's natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous excercise or exertion. -Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery. -Also helps the body's natural ability to cope with long distance air travel and helps restore normal sleep patterns. Caryl
For bruising and muscle problems. Better than Antiflamm apparently and very little, or no, smell - unlike other stuff like Deep Heat, Antiflamm etc.
Ashzbetta
antiflamm includes arnica but is not arnica based. depending on your use arnica is better

Julie
Check if you are on any meds from the doc as it can be a nono, you cannot use it if on warfirin. Google will bring up great info on it and meds.
Caryl
I work for a GP and he knows I am trying it and I am not on any meds, except painkillers. Still have not found the arnica did any good though &c:ry
