Carlos & Siran
We've moved along with the 2IC from our last farm to a new one just up the road. The last few weeks I've noticed a large piece of basalt standing on it's end in one of the paddocks not far from our house, then one day I was coming up the road and noticed a sign pointing in the direction of the stone that reads "This is the site where Arthur, son of Rev tailor died in 1840" I decided to do a little searching on the net and found this. http://www.northernadvocate.co.nz/local/news/nzs-oldest-pakeha-memorial-recognised/3775735/. Think I might wander over there and sow new clover around the base....I thought this was kinda cool!!
