Zdoda
Hi, Curious as too if anyone has a solution or has run into this problem... the corner clips that hang on the back of the tank is all very well and good if your glass doesn't have a back brace. So in a bit of a dilemma, i looked through fluval website but can't see any clips that can be bought that can be adjusted. I have tried using Knead IT on top of the glass but it came off after awhile, surface was clean and not wet.

henward
if your tank hs bracing, it wont fit i just hang it over the brtacing still using the clips.
smidey
if it has braces like this then i would expect greg made it as he is the only one i have seen that does it that way, it makes it so you can't fit your canister piping which i explained to him but it fell on deaf ears. his response was "it depends on what you use as a filter" but canisters are by far the most common way of filtering a tank. the braces are fine with overflow setups but it is still not ideal for any chords you need for heaters, wave makers etc. I got him to drill holes for the canister piping but it is not perfect as the holes are too far from the back panel for suction cups at the top of the tank. Zdoda
Yeah lucky for me, i have a sump going too but i have a plan in my head (not home atm) is that too invert the corner clippings as if they were facing downwards. And too fill the gap with a piece of wood too make it a tight fit.
Morcs
im not entirely sure what you mean, but im very familiar with the clips. I cut a few squares of thick cardboard (like moving box cardboard) and packed out the clips until the held well.
