The version I had was over 5 years old so there is no way I can find the disk Where is the best place price wise to get a copy. I do not need a profesional version as I mainly use the clone tool but will slowly use other bits as time goes on. I have always wanted to do a course on it but whenever I have had the time, there has been none going Any advise and guidence would be of great help Version? place of purchase? Barrie
is this what Im after? is it a good price I have Windows 7 http://www.trademe.co.nz/Computers/Soft ... 107978.htm
Caryl
That is a good price for that version. You can get Adobe Photo Elements for around $200. This is a stripped down version of Photoshop and will probably do all you want.
Barrie
Thanks Caryl What is the advantage of the full version then? Am I likely to ever use/need it?
supasi
Have PMd you Barrie
Caryl
As a domestic user, I doubt it. If you only use the basics, I can't see why you would ever need the full version but I am not a hobby photographer. If Supersi has PMd you the advantages of the full version perhaps then he could post them so we can all learn something. Of course, if he was just PMing you a super deal on one of the versions then we need not know I have always found Photo Elements did all I need. Crop, clone, alter colours etc.
