Jennifer
Both of those have pretty succulent leaves so my guess would be 'yes' on both accounts.
henward
so yes they SHOULD be ok?
Jennifer
Grrr, I clearly was in a hurry when I wrote that. Yes, on both accounts that they could be eaten. They certainly are succulent enough to make a nice salad. My metynnis would mow through anything I put in the tank but this was over 10 years ago so I can't really recall what plants I sacrificed to them. henward
mmmmm thats annoying lol will have to try a small sample first then on that regard. if it grows fast enough, i think they might out grow the metynis desire to eat lol well, heres me trying my luck. supasi
It breakes quite easily. I imaging with your lighting it will get eaten faster than it will grow. Shame though as its such a nice plant.
henward
if thats the case i may have to transfer the metynis into the other tank.

Jennifer
I have a lot of different types of anubias, all with good light, and they throw about one leaf per week or two. The leaves come from the centre (the tip) of the main stem.
