DennisP
i am 14 and i got refused to buy a goldfish last year without my parents, which was understandable. For all they knew i could have been wanting to keep it in a glass under my bed hidden from parents. I mean, selling something living to a child is a bit 'dodgy'? Wrong word... unsafe? hmmm you get what i mean anyway. i think 16 s a good age. At16 you can drive, so why not buy a fish? You can drive at 15. But yeah. I agree to some extent. DennisP
Be sure to make him/her study. Especially if its a guy. And for mock exams next term aswell. I cannot stress this enough. I didn't study at all for either and it had bad consequences. Merit questions are easy, but only if you've studied.

Scottie841
Really? It's easy for me :-? Some people are just clever and dont need to study but still pass easy. Others need to study lots

DennisP
Oh I passed all right, didn't fail a thing. Was close to merit. But if you're going for anything better than a pass, don't rely on skill/luck.
