what cichlid food do you use?

i have African cichlids and i would like some good food for them what do you use or suggest?

Depends on what type of Africans you have .

i feed those a wide range of foods but have always used JBL novo rift sinking sticks as a main food. I also fed sushi wrap, shelled peas, blood worms, JBL Novo vert, Sera granumeat & granugreen. i have not had a bloat case ever, i think a good variety is very important.

Now that i have tropheus i stick to the sinking sticks, sushi wrap & shelled peas.

hi smidey can i ask what is needed to do to the sushi wrap t6o feed it to the fish thanks do i just cut it up and feed it to them also will other types of fish eat it

i just cut it up into little squares & throw it in the tank.

I feed my cichlids a mix of Hikari cichlid gold, tetra colour bits, wardley shrimp pellets, tetra flake, JBL novo rift, shrimp, bloodworms, and brineshrimp.
