cleadus1 Posted January 22, 2010 Report Share Posted January 22, 2010 im looking and geting some more grow out tanks but was thinking is it possable to use polystyrene boxes for tanks? there way cheeper and would keep the heat in really well so wuld reduce the heating cost? there just grow out tanks so wouldnt be too worried about not seeing into them... May be a little leaky, but if you were to line them with a plastic bag to keep them water tight that should be fine for short term.
