js
Hi there Just wondering will it be okay to have a honey gourami (or possibly 2 of them), in the same tank as a Siamese fighting fish? Can't decide between dwarf or honey - could I have one of each living together?
SamH
I wouldn't risk it but it all depends ont he personality of the fighter. I'd play it safe and just choose the fighter or the gouramis. HTH
Adrienne
not the best idea to have two males of the same family - anabantoids - living together but might work as long as they dont take a dislike to each other
LYNDYLOO
I've had Gourami's and a Fighter in together before, had no trouble at all, but then again, it will depend on the personality of the Fish.
Morcs
Ive had two dwarf gouramis in with a male betta, got along ok, the fighter would chase the gouramis if they got too close, but no damage was ever done. Give them enough space and cover and they could work out well.
