Grant Posted August 30, 2009 Report Share Posted August 30, 2009 The FNZAS Executive held their meeting on Saturday and the results of the voting were: President - Grant Simpson Vice President - Craig Hewson Two new members were appointed to the Executive Committee, Owen Lingard and Sue Fleet. It was voted that the governance of the FNZAS Fishroom forums be run by a sub committee independent of the Executive. The Fishroom sub committee is responsible for the formulation of the rules and guidlines for the Fishroom Forums and how they should be applied. These must conform to the objects of the federation. This sub committee comprises of Diane Wilkie (Zev) and Caryl Simpson (Caryl). Complaints will be handled as follows: If a member is not happy with actions taken by an Administrator or Moderator, they should first lodge a complaint with the forum sub committee, who will make a ruling. If the member is not satisfied with this ruling, they can then lodge a complaint with the FNZAS Executive, via the FNZAS Secretary. The Executive will discuss the case and make a ruling.
