axolotl-danio Posted June 23, 2009 Report Share Posted June 23, 2009 I brought a blind cave tetra a few months ago with the intention of getting a few more later on. In the time I have had mine it has taken a few bites out of some of the other fish . MarkLB Posted June 25, 2009 Report Share Posted June 25, 2009 What kind of fish are being nipped? I think it might be a case of choosing the right tankmates for it. My Blind Cave Tetras don't have any tankmates that have long fins, and the tanks not at all crowded so the Blind Caves never bump into another fish to get the opportunity to nip.
