wellmax
Hi, I have ordered an Aqua One UFO 880 tank from Australia and I was wondering if any of our members here own one and can give me a little feed back on this system. Is the filter long lasting or will I have to replace the power head after 12 to 18 months. Regards John
JarrenB
NICE TANK, I have never had one before but Aqua One is a good brand so parts should be easy to find new or used on trade me etc.... what type of fish will you be keeping in it. please add some photos when you have it set-up
LYNDYLOO
I've got 2 AquaOne Tanks a AR620T and a AR980 :bounce: Great Tanks, never had any problems with mine, I looked into buying the UFO one, but it was to high to fit under the Rear Speakers of our Home Theatre system so ended up getting the 980 instead, the only thing I would suggest is put an External Filter on this Tank, the inbuilt Filters are ok but Externals are far better, I am running an AquaOne CF1200 on both of my Tanks are they're fanytastic. Good Luck with yours, would hate to think what they are charging you to freight it over here?? Would love to see a photo when you have it all set up. Ohh another thing, you might want to check that all the Screws are there before you start assembling the Cabinet, I had to race down to Placemakers to get some screws as there weren't enough screws in the Packet :-? JarrenB
hi I got your PM, if you want a community tank then I'd go with the following fish as I have these in my tank at the moment and there has been no problems. guppies, black widows, zebra danios, leopard danios, and pretty much any tetra (although neons are not good with guppies because they nip their fins).
