Gannet Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 seahorses= very little as seahorses are very slow and fish will out compete them for food starfish= most fish are ok just dont get any predator fish crabs= depends on the crab clownfish= alot of fish can mix with clowns but it depends on the types of clowns Coral Banded Shrimp= most fish are ok just dont get any predator fish miniature lobsters= by this do you meam small cray fish?? you cant keep undersize crays in nz anemones= most fish are ok but things like seahorses can and will get stung to the point they may die coral= any reef safe fish will be fine. but there are alot of types of coral. the biggest thing you and do for your marine tank is research research research, if possable a person local to you may offer for you to go to see there tank and you can ask a few questions Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Zev Posted February 9, 2009 Report Share Posted February 9, 2009 Perhaps it would be best if you work out what size tank you can afford to setup and maintain, with what gear, - skimmers, sumps, chillers, dosing, lighting and the like, and then work back from there in regard to stocking levels and compatibility of fish, corals and inverts.
