smash
Selleys all clear? Any of the tanks split? You should use an acid curring silicone like Silaflex RTV, much stronger.

There is a Selleys one that is strong enough and safe for aquariums
gem_scott
All of mine have been strong enough. No splits except the usual cracks in the bottom from dropping rocks lol. Mind you i never have a current in my tanks so there is only the pressure from the weight
Ira
If your tank is so borderline that a little current becomes a significant concern it's going to break when you walk past it in a bad mood.
smash
There many brands of silicone, you just have to use an acid curring type. Acid curring silicone has a strong smell, and cures real quick.

I never said that i worried it would break with a current just that i havent tried it. Im not gentle with my tanks and none of them have ever broken from anything but dropping the tank or dropping something in it.
