Simian
Congrats dude. They are fun to watch with the young, mine spawned for the first time about a month ago, so am growing out about 100 fry atm...looks like they are ready to go again  fortunately I have a hungry oscar who loves live food
melrick1
haha lucky oscar! the tank they are in is at my parents so I wont be there much to look after them... There only in with some sword tails so you reckon the parents will look after them ok?
Adrienne
The first time my kribs spawned the female wouldn't let the male near and I had to remove him. The next time I took him out to prevent him being attacked and she ate the fry! I think quite a few people remove the parents once they are free swimming. melrick1
just updating my kribs. the female began to be real protective against the male for about three days then the male killed the female.... the male is now a verry good dad and has a couple of hundred babys swimming around the tank with him and growing fast! alanmin4304
If you siphon the babies out and rear them seperately it is the easiest way I think. They then go again in a short time.
melrick1
yeh it realy sux that she died. the male ended up attacking the sword tails aswell. the bubys are in a 30L tank and growing quick, I even have a couple in my big comunity tank that are surviving! neat little things and very active.
