fins
Hey I just went to feed my fish and noticed that 2 of my 6 angel fish were hanging around my filter inlet. I looked up and the female was dropping eggs and there were a few attached to the pipe and the male was eating them. I am pretty sure that was their first spawning so I will give them another few chances. Did they eat the eggs because they were threatened? How long till angelfish are a selling size? thanks
Pegasus
How long till angelfish are a selling size? Money, Money, Money... Is that all you think about...? If you are in this hobby to get rich, then you are in the wrong one. Think of the exciting experience that is happening in your tank, and enjoy it without thinking cash returns. If we break even and help to pay for a bit of food and power, then most of us are very happy BTW: This article has attracted a lot of interest, and has even been translated into Hungarian.. among other languages see here http://edak.cellkabel.hu In the meantime, this should help you out. http://www.fnzas.org.nz/fishroom/viewtopic.php?t=

fins
It wasnt really about the money. I am going away on holiday at the end of the year and just wanted to make sure my family didnt have to look after tiny fish. I also still have to pay off all the money I put into the hobby. Pegasus
I also still have to pay off all the money I put into the hobby. With tropical fish this very rarely happens You have five months, which should be more than adequate to get them up to selling size if you do things right.
