Aaron-Betta
Just wondering if a standard Aqua One AR380 would be ok to start off with. (worried about lighting etc) Planning to have some sort of plant to create a carpet effect in the foreground, some taller plants to the back, and a piece of wood with plant growing on it to one side. Hoping to have a few threadfins and some furcatus rainbows to add the fish element to the tank. Any pointers?
spoon
u could possibly get the carpet effect started really good by only half filling your tank so the plants get more light im not sure what light the AR380s use but look at upgrading it the more the better also remember to use a good substrate when setting up possibly some substrate ferts like JBL 7 balls
A-town...
pretty sure the furcatus have spawned so will let you know when babies hatch!!! you should go for length rather than the 380 also the filter on those tanks push background plants foward doesnt look good imo also light doesnt provide enough light i feel. but yea got plants when you reADY
