alanmin4304
I have a planted tank at 22-23 deg with killies Sae and clowns and they all are happy. Still have snails but not many. They wont eat snails if you feed them too well on everything else.
Wok
I wouldn't be bothered about snails I use them in with my fry trays to eat up the uneaten food. they have a purpose
Luke*
If you have plants in there which i assume you do, take them out and treat them in a pink solution of potassium permanganate for half an hour. you'd also have to remove the fish and scrub it out let it dry.......and you'll have to weigh up if you'd rather do that than put the clowns in there haha
Barrie
I have some tanks a lot higher than 22 and in summer some tank reach over 30 so a higher temp shouldnt be a problem
ej
Hi There, I did have the same problem in my AquaOne 150, I got myself four Chain Loaches and removed the adult snails when they appered, after a couple of months, the tank is free from snails. Hope this helps
