smidey
haven't had any Yet!- go easy on that steak. i assure you that it is in moderation. i have also always fed blood worms which most consider a big no-no but i only feed them it once a week, almost 2 years on & have not had an issue. i cannot remeber where i read it but africans eat what ever is available in the lake at that time which could be anything from mozquito larvae & fish fry to algae etc so i throw in a few different foods from time to time & they are doing well on it. 1/2waysgood
Mozzie larvae is great! My cichlids are partial to anything...... peas, egg, worms, chicken, fish, water boatmen, hu-hu grubs, mince, water snails, zuchinni, boiled potato, etc. Anything goes with my fish! ! ! (OH, and the normal food, of course!)
