Dixon1990
I have a 36"x18"x18" tank with a 1200lph internal filter and a 800lph internal. At the moment it has: Large angel pair 8-14 Black widow tetras 3 8-9cm Clown loaches 1 female BN 1 volcano rasbora 1 15-20cm pleco I want to add my 5 Albino angels(around3cm incl.tail) 6 penguin tetras 5 BN(2male 3female.) I would also be selling my large angel pair. and the albinos would only be in there till they are 5-7cm. WOuld this be too much?
Slightly Blue Dalmation
with that much filtration it wouldnt be too bad, only thing i could think of is them all being in close proximity and getting cranky with each other
Dixon1990
Oh i forgot hoppy the 7cm hoplo with whiskars on only 1 side lol,and krib. Yea thats what i thought, alright bioload not enough space. There are 3 tunnels (2 of which are occupied by the CL's) and a large cave). And heaps of rocks at the back that the krib and BN like. Cheesejawa
The festivum will slaughter little tetras. Do not beleave what it says on the internet about them being peaceful. Ask any owners of them on here they get very aggresize when mature. They may be my favourite fish but I wouldnt get one because I like my current fish too much. Also Just a question are you planning to get one from organism?
Dixon1990
DO you even know what penguin and black widow tetras are? They are not small, they are around 4-5cm and fast. And no its not from organism, why is that?
Slightly Blue Dalmation
its a big plec for that tank, it may do more damage than good if wanting plants etc, other than that looks ok cos wernt you moving angels once a bit bigger anyway? Charlie
No it won work. The clowns need to be kept in larger gorups or they get kranky. 1M BN per tank, unless 4ft plus Angels will get destroyed by that water flow The Pleco is to big already and will place a BIG bio load on the filter. Did you even see my latest list about 4 posts ago? It had no clowns in it. 1M BN per tank, unless 4ft plus I have been told that having 2 males in a tank makes the bristles develop better and these guys have been together for almost their life(they are brothers) Angels will get destroyed by that water flow I have spraybars on both filters, and the current angels are fine. The Pleco is to big already and will place a BIG bio load on the filter. Like i said he will most likely be moved to a turtle tank and just measured him,he is 16cm.
