Lucas Posted April 1, 2008 Report Share Posted April 1, 2008 I'm ready to buy a filter for my 95 litre tank, and I'm faced with a decision of either a VersaMax or an AquaClear filter. The sales dude tells me that the VersaMax is better because it's motor is inside the plastic casing rather than mounted on the outside with an O ring seal like the AquaClear. I have a large second tank (hand me down) hidden in a spare room, so if this first tank cycles well and proves to be fairly low maintenance, I just might give the VersaMax a go on that one.
