Hannahbell
:-? I have my male blue ram in a 28ltr tank along with about 100 of his 6 day old fry. I was looking closely before and there are what appears to be tiny tiny white worms? on the glass and coming out of the gravel. I have been feeding liquid fry food and Decapsulated Brine Shrimp eggs. Is this normal? I did a small water change on sunday night before the fry got to the free swimming stage. I have taken the air hose out as it was making the water too choppy for the fry and they were getting caught in the bubbles and stuck above the water line when the bubbles popped. I do not have a sponge filter, so stuck a bit of filter wool in the intake part of my little hang on filter. Would all this be a factor as to why I have worms in my tank? Are they good worms, ie. will my fry eat them and be ok? I feel all yucky thinking that I have worms in there LOL.
tHEcONCH
They are harmless - your mini-epidemic will self correct in a week or two - plus they are good fish food too

Hannahbell
Oh thank goodness for that!!! This is the furtherest I have gotten my Blue Ram fry and the thought of worms taking over the tank and everything dying was a little too much. Thank you. I have seen a couple of the fry nibble on a worm or two.
