Slightly Blue Dalmation
is it heard of for a fish to recover from dropsy on its own? my SAE seems to be getting smaller again yet still doing its normal fishy thing fine :-?
Caryl
Most things I have read say it is incurable. I wonder if your SAE may be having digestive problems rather than dropsy perhaps?
tHEcONCH
Dropsey is probably better thought of as a symptom, rather than a disease per se. It can have several causes, but is generally an indicator of incurable organ failure. Bloat caused by an intestinal tract infection or oclusion can look similar. Slightly Blue Dalmation
well everything was looking like dropsy but now it is reducing its bloatedness so im not sure guess will have to see how it goes and if 'he' comes right then can conclude that it wasnt dropsy
