danilada
I know they were on the agenda for Christmas, but who has one and are they any good?
tHEcONCH
I think they are a bit of a gimmick - they work well enough, but are kind of interesting, or annoying, depending upon your mood.
je_suis_ketan
I think they are pretty cool. Esp if you can't decide which photo you want to put in your frame. Why not put them ALL! I don't know much about brands etc. But as long as it displays JPG's it should be fine cause all cameras will be able to take pics in JPG format. slappers
yes been there done that, they are good when you first get them, but it wears off after awhile loading diffrent photos on,
Fmxmatt
Its definatly a case of "Get what you pay for" with them, but its probably best to hold off a month, as there are larger sizes coming out very shortly (We've got a 10" one on the way)

Fmxmatt
Lol true, but the "standard" sized monitor with PC's these days is 19" That and there aren't many monitors that have card readers inbuilt
je_suis_ketan
You can't use them as monitors though. Even still 10" is tiny for a monitor!
JK
I picked up a few in the UK for about 30-40quid each and they aren't bad at all. Made great gifts plus kept a couple for ourself, a 6 and an 8inch one. Never had any issues with them but heard from many people who have purchased the cheapies and had poor image quality ie stretches, pixelated etc. Just be careful when buying and see if you can see the images on them first
