HaNs
Here are the photos as requested of the unfortunate geckos, or at least the remains of the seven and their now empty cage. The retaining wall behind was completely infested with A ants, this infestation was unbeknown to us and the woman who moved there six months ago. The geckos were only moved there 1 month ago. The live geckos in the photo are offspring of the 7 dead geckos, being raised by the woman's father several blocks away in a street that is free of the Argentine ant. We checked his place following the death of the woman's geckos. I believe she will be running a story to warn other pet owners to warn of the dangers of the ant to small caged animals. livingart
poor little tackers. she should have kept thorny devils instead of geckoes then lol now there is a lizard that i had in aussie hard to keep fed though in aussie we put turps in the tins, ants wouldn't try to bridge it any of the more agressive ants can kill the geckos or lizards not just the argentinian ones they can get in the ear passages
