Cycling a tank, best method!

Have tried searching through the FNZAS search bar, but haven't found exactly what im looking for.

I have a 320L tank that I am about to set up.

I have a well established Fluval 304.

I am transplanting my 140L community tank into the 320L.

What are my best options.

This will have new (clean) gravel as the 140L gravel isnt a option.

Is 50% water from the 140L plus the fluval enough to cycle it?

Also how long before I can add plants and fish?

Community fish are, angels, loaches, brisltes, corys, neons etc etc

My version of cycling is

Step 1 Put gravel and water in tank

Step 2 Arange plants and orneaments wood etc as you want them to look

Step 3 Add two or three fish to the tank if they last a couple of days add the rest of your fish over a few weeks

Step 4 Sit back and enjoy
