Dixon1990
Would a 70L 2 foot tank be big enough for a marine tank with a few coral and fish? If it is what equipment would i need?
evilknieval69
Have you bothered to read the sticky in the saltwater forum about starting a marine tank.....
Dixon1990
yeap, just now. But it doesnt say if this tank would be big enough. ANd that is what i would like to know.
evilknieval69
Anythings big enough for marine, it just depends what you put in it, what equipment you have, how much money you have, how much effort you put into it, and what you want it to look like. tHEcONCH
Yes, it is big enough provided you set it up appropriately, but bear in mind that marine tanks need to be kept at a near constant temperature and salinity to do well, and the smaller the tank, the harder that is to do. Ira
That size, I wouldn't bother making it a reef. Just make it a little FOWLR.

tHEcONCH
No sure, depending on how much money i have left after ive finished setting up my 2 3foot tanks  Even for a small tank, I don't think you'd get much change out of $1000.00, so think carefully before you start!
