jude
I don't name mine but grandson's fish were Ed, Ed, and Eddie. Unfortunately Ed and Ed died from an overdose of salt and vinegar but have been replaced by Wayne. I think I am going to give him a pair of breeding guppies and test his memory skills

Carriej
My daughter comes up with some great names for the fish. We used to own a golden apple snail called Beanbag. Our first two male fighters were called Ticket and Tag Our silver shark used to be called Twitch. We have a clown loach called Beano. and for some reason we have a pearl gourami who is called Frog? Funkytown
I was determined not to name my fish, but after I got my first pair of corys, my mom asked what their names were. I explained that they didn't have names, but she persisted. To satisfy her, I told her one was "Cory" and the other was "Dora". Now they all get names. 3rd cory = Whisker (missing a whisker) Dwarf Gourami = Gomez

HummingBird
I've named a couple of my fish, not all of them though. I just name them if I feel a certain name would suit them. I've got a Chinese Algae eater named Alfred (he had a buddy named Crazy Eye Joe but he died - I'm fairly certain Alfred killed him), a Common Plec named Kyle and a red spot pleco named Gorgoroth 8)
