Aquarium Dude
Can anyone tell me why the pictures won't work?????
HummingBird
Ignoring the fact that they don't work, they're not under 640 x 480 pixels so why are you trying to post them anyways?
fishy_t
So what do you want to know??! http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb28 ... CF1900.jpg Please resize your image. It's nearly twice the screen width. Mod Bill.
Caryl
You can't link to pics on your PC, they must be online. They look OK to me but best test them. Get some water, test the pH then let it sit 24 hours and test again. Then repeat after adding rock to the water. If pH stays the same they will be fine. Pouring a little vinegar over them will see if they are suitable too. If the vinegar fizzes on the rocks, don't use them.
Ianab
Looks like pretty normal volcanic basalt rocks. 99% thats it will be fine in a tank. Do the tests that Caryl suggests to make sure. Cheers Ian
GZ_Loach
Pouring a little vinegar over them will see if they are suitable too. If the vinegar fizzes on the rocks, don't use them. lemon juice works aswell
Aquarium Dude
They are on photobucket not on my computer. The rocks are from kilmog area in dunedin. I just wanted to know if they would be alright in tank?
jolliolli
When you pasted the link in did you use the URL link listed under the thumbnail of your photo? This is the link you need to use. If you just right-clicked on the photo and copied that link then it won't work.
fishy_t
I also just learned that on photobucket - if you copy the link to the pic when you are logged in, it doesn't work. You have to logout and then go to the pic and copy its link then... does that make sence??!
Caryl
I don't have to log out to copy and paste links.
jolliolli
No neither do I, but i do have to use the url link below the thumbnail rather than just copying the link from the properties tab.
