Captain Conkout
Got a 400-450ltr tank sorted any suggestions about suitable heaters? Getting 2 big external filters with it so should be plenty of circulation. Particular brands better than others? I really want simple and secure solutions. Figured several powerful heaters incase one went out...
cichlid7
2x 300watt heaters should be fine 1 at each end of the tank most heaters use this 1watt per litre of water.

Aquarium Dude
I always use elite, never had any problems. I hear that you should stay away from master pet heaters.
