evilknieval69
About two hours ago i looked at my fish and saw one of my female pencils was extremely fat. I immediatly thought dropsy, so had a good look at her but no scales were sticking out at all, and she had no other signs of dropsy realy, so i just left her. She has always been fat with eggs, so i thought she could be REALY getting ready :-? I just found her dead..... I took a pic of her in the net after taking her out. Im not sure exactly what it is. Someone fairly experienced who i showed the pic too thought bloat of some sort... anyone else agree? Anyway, heres the pic. I made it a link just incase someone doesnt like it. Click the link at your own will.... its nothing bad, just a dead fish NOTE: the fish is upside down in the pic http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f3/ev ... 4Small.jpg

evilknieval69
Males are darker usually, and fight all the time together  Females are bigger and more pale. Sounds like it must have been eggbound then, cos they are always fat ready to breed, and the 2 males are always fighting..... Thanks guys and girls
