wobuffet
Well, I must say, that really is a bit of a surprise caryl - it was sold to me as plain old Cabomba carolinia you see...but it certainly sounds exactly like that description from the link you posted... Thanks alot! ~w~
kim
if its red on the tips thats a good thing, means your water is good, you plant is happy because that is how they flower, to me that sounds like what your is doing because the red cabomba is very hard to get and grow
Pegasus
Must admit, the feathery red does give the plant a lot more appeal.. (for me anyway he he) Hi Kim, Welcome to the forum, and hope you will tell us a bit more about your fish and animals in the welcome section. Look forward to seeing you around. Oh BTW... The "crowd" will be along to drag you into the evening chat room (whisper)... They're a great bunch really... but boy... can they chat he he. Great to see you here. Warren
It’s quite normal. My Cabomba has quite red stems on the new growth and a much darker stem than the leaves on the old growth. Having the right balance of iron, light and CO² is what makes it red.
