burgo
Hi all, I have acquired a whole lot of coral rubble. Can someone please answer my questions, which are; Firstly - Is there a glue or similiar product that can be used to adhere these smaller pieces togethor. Secondly - I would like to use a PVC pipe (covered with hopefully glued rubble) with holes cut out of it for the cichlids to use as there homes. Will this be alright in the tank. Thanks in advance for all your help

alanmin4304
RTV (silocon) does not stick very well to pvc. Yoy may be able to use the glue used by plumbers for pvc pipes and fittings as it is pvc disolved in a solvent and is suitable for water supplies when dry. Aquagold
Rough up the pipe before you glue with RTV and then adhere. Gives it a bit of footing. Photos when finished too . Rob

Aquagold
Be careful with all new plastic as it does release some toxin.
