Joze Posted December 19, 2006 Report Share Posted December 19, 2006 basically the answer is no, there is nothing to say you cant transport a live trout BUT under the fisheries act 1908 you cannot keep a trout captive unless you are a member of the acclimatisation society (or fish and game) who holds the relevant permit.
