The leave it alone system

I like to think (very limited though ) that there is some kind of halfway point of marine care. As part of the joy is the dependancy on our intervention to keep things going.

I think he was lucky he did not let it go to long or it could have all self imploded.

Hope to catch up soon wasp, thanks for your support.

or you've got those rose tinted glasses on again. ;-)

Layton

I think you got your agroglasses on again

Also, looking at the pics, I don't see anything weird. I am very confident if I looked at the tank in real life, that's what it would look like.

When I looked at that thread nothing stood out at me as photoshopped. After looking at that first blurry acro shot I can see he probably used it, but I definitly wouldn't call it the worst photoshop ever.

I personally think that german guy who has the pastal colurs is far worse, this guy just took some shonky photos and tried to salvage them IMO, I dont think he was too worried about what peoples perceptions were of his colours, especially given his maintence schedual.

i really think that the quality of the photos were not his real problem, it got the point across. I certainly wont show you the photos I took with my phone at the marine zoo, then you would be able to say they are the worst you have seen.

Has anybody actually met layton in real life?

He could just be someone's alter-ego...or someone who is in circumstances too horrible to imagine...or just someone who loves to wind people up.

i know someone who has had the pleasure of meeting him, wont say who just in case, but Layton was kind enough to meet with him and show off his marine tank, sounded pritty nice too.

if nothing else, it dose provide an interesting read some of the time, shame really is that i have read lots of the eairly posts on here and it seems that it wasnt allways like this......

icon_shh.gif you'll ruin my reputation.

Winding people up? I don't post stuff on here for the entertainment value of winding people up. I can think of hundreds of things i'd rather do for fun :D

In the long run, people appreciate a bit of reality, rather than "people pleasing" BS. Which is why I find that analogy someone made about their child so wrong. People should be encouraged to speak their mind. Rather that, than be too scared to think and speak freely (how many world change people shut up just because someone said they were crazy.. Galileo? Da Vinci? Edison? Eistien? ...?). At least that's what i've found. Sure i'll say things that people don't want to hear, but it's not for the sake of argument or sadistic entertainment. It's for discussion, getting people to think about why they do something the way they do.

Occasionally, I say what other people are thinking, but are too afraid to post. ;-)

Galileo? Da Vinci? Edison? Eistien? Yes Layton, you're just like them.

Quote "Eistien" - Minor triviality like spelling is obviously beneath such genius.
