What are these white bugs/fleas doing in my aquarium?

Hi everyone, need help as I have just noticed ?white bugs/fleas in my 360 L tank. They stay on the water, hoping about onto the side of the glass tank, where it is dry.

Noticed that they do stay on the water for quite some time. Never had them before. Just noticed it today, what do i do with them? Could not get a picture of them as they are pretty tiny, like specs of dust with 2 tentacles and ? 6-8 legs.

Hopefully someone could guide me here. Cheers.

I get them too. They don't seem to do much harm, and I see em when I turn the light on and they disappear after a while. Someone told me water fleas?? I dunno

im not sure on their exact name but they seem to feed on anything left over on the surface, fry seem to love them though and they dont seem to do any harm to the tank. might as well leave em alone

I think my Mollies would see them as a great snack.. They tend to eat anything smaller then thier mouth specially off the surface of the water..

Free food can't go wrong there..

I too see them sometimes. They do no harm.
